New Leash on Life Dog Rescue is a foster based dog rescue based out of the La Crosse, WI area. We are committed to rescuing dogs of all ages, sizes, and breeds. We work with local shelters, take local owner surrenders, as well as rescue dogs from high kill shelters in other states. We are a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that is run completely by volunteers. We operate solely on adoption fees and donations. Every donation counts and helps us to feed and provide medical care to the dogs in our rescue.
The first step in adopting a dog is to fill out our application. Once the application is submitted, it usually takes a couple of days for us to process it, but may take longer. Once you are approved as an adoptive parent, you just let us know when you are ready to take a dog into your home.
