The New Castle/Henry County Animal Shelter is owned and operated by the Henry County Humane Society. The Shelter provides Animal Care and Control services to communities within Henry County on a contract basis.
Please download the application and email or drop it off at the Shelter during regular business hours. Your application will be reviewed by the Adoption Committee within 72 hours. The Animal Shelter has the right to reject any application for any reason and without stating a reason. Adoption includes spay/neuter, basic disease vaccinations, and microchipping.
