New Beginnings Shih Tzu Rescue is a 501(c)(3) foster home based non-profit dog rescue, that has been saving dogs since 2005. We have foster homes located in Wisconsin, Iowa, Indiana, and Illinois. We strive to Rescue, Rehabilitate, and Re-home any small breed dog, but we specialize in Shih Tzu’s. Our goal is to find the perfect home for every dog. They may have not had the perfect home before, but they deserve it now! We would love to help you find your next fur baby!
