All meet & greets are outside in our Meet & Greet fenced area. That being said, all appointments are scheduled during daylight hours and will be canceled, & rescheduled for severe cold or inclement weather. (Puppy adoptions may be done as a litter, in their foster home.) All dogs and puppies are $225. This includes, but not limited to, deworming, spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccines, (young puppies will need distemper boosters & rabies when old enough.) Microchipped, 7 mos. and older are heartworm/Lyme tested, treated if necessary and all are on flea, Tick and heartworm preventative. We consider ourselves adopter friendly! As long as you are looking to adopt a new family member, that is going to be a part of your family, be kept indoors mostly, and that you are going to make a commitment to care for, even in their senior years. ..All Pit, Pit mixes or obvious Bully breeds will only be adopted out to home owners! No Renters Please! Puppy Adoption : Get your application in asap!! Email to [email protected] . if you text photos of the application, please take them in good lighting! 804-551-2908. Puppies go quickly! Applications are taken in the order received! ie: #,1, #2, etc. You will be contacted to set up a meet and greet. #1 will meet all available pups, #2 will meet all available pups and so on. If you decide to adopt, depending on if the pup is old enough to go home that day, $225 is due at that time. Or if they are too young, then a $100 deposit is required to hold the puppy until it's ready to leave the rescue ! It also lets the next family in line know that an adoption is pending. $125 is due when the adoption is finalized and the pup is ready to go home! All our dogs are spayed /neutered either before adoption or are scheduled for their surgery which may be after adoption. If you adopt before their spay /neuter appointment, you must be able to drop off and pick up on their scheduled date! We use RAL'S Loving Spay and Neuter Clinic off Midlothian trpk, near Chesterfield Towne Center Mall. This is paid for by us, as part of the adoption fee! Drop off is 8am, pick up is 4pm. Adult Dog Adoption: Send us your application and we will contact you with an appointment date & time. We ask that you come with an open mind as sometimes you may like the looks of a dog but another dog may fit your family and lifestyle better!
