METTA Rescue Family is a 501c3 non-profit all-breed, foster-based dog rescue powered by donations and volunteers. Our foster homes are located throughout Volusia, Seminole, Orange, Osceola and Lake county FL. We have a passion and love for all animals and are focused on dogs as they hold a special place in our hearts. The goal of METTA Rescue Family is to work hand in hand with other rescues, shelters, and the central Florida community to reduce the homeless, neglected, injured, and abused canine population while upholding our code of ethics. If interested in adopting one of our amazing METTA dogs, please fill out the screening form. Adopters must live in central FL and be at least 21 years of age. We require a home check, reference verification, and a meet and greet with all family members (including pets). Adopter must own their home if adopting a bully breed. Adoption donations are $100 for adult dogs and $200 for puppies (under 1 year old). All our adoptable dogs are spayed/neutered, have medical clearance, preliminary vaccinations, a registered microchip, and a lot of love to give.
