Adoption Process

1 - One of the first steps to take is to take a look at our available cats . Know what your are looking for in a new family member and see if one of our cats fits into that description. The adoption application will ask you what cat you are interested in applying for. 2 - Please fill out our online adoption the application to the best of your ability. Any omitted or incomplete information may delay the processing of your application. Once you submit our online adoption, the completed application will be assigned to a case manager (CM). 3 - You should receive an introductory email from your Case Manager introducing themselves, giving you a projected timeline, and what to expect during the screening process. 4 - Your Case Manager will conduct a telephone interview with you, your personal reference, landlord (if applicable), and verify your listed vet reference. After the interviews, your application will be voted on for approval or denial by our rescue committee. You will be notified by your Case Manager of the voting outcome. 5 - If approved, you will be asked to submit the adoption agreement and pay the adoption fee. Once those two items are received, transport can then be arranged.
