Knox County Animal Shelter - Mount Vernon Pet Shelter

The Knox County Animal Shelter is funded and managed by the county. Our staff and volunteers are dedicated to maintaining the health of the dogs in the shelter. KCAS works in close cooperation with the Knox County Humane Society to re-home as many animals as possible.
