Keeper Kitties Rescue is a collaborative effort of two individuals in Southern Michigan who came together through their love and compassion for all animals. After working for other rescues and forming close friendships with a vast network of rescues, we made the decision to form our own rescue and provide some much-needed services for the homeless pet population. We have a close working relationship with our local Animal Control Shelter to assist in seeking safety, care, and families for our forgotten and desperate pets. Every week we are in the shelter evaluating, photographing, posting, promoting and moving pets to foster homes, rescue partners, or their new homes. We are active members of “Animal Rescues of Michigan” group, and the “Underground Railroad Rescue Kitty Network”. Within the Animal Rescue group we have a huge network of rescues that work together in a collective effort to save as many lives as possible. We are registered Conductors in the URRKN and participate in the transport of cats to their new adopted homes.

We find new homes for many wonderful dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, and bre
