Itty Bitty Kitty City saves the lives of orphaned kittens. They are a foster base volunteer organization that provides care to kittens from intake-to-adoption. IBKC operates solely from donations for supplies, formula, kitten food, veterinarian care, vaccinations and spay/neuter along with providing the community basic animal needs such as dewormer, flea prevention, or transporting a pet to the nearest vet for spay/neuter. Animal Rescue and Care is by no means an easy feat, but through support and community empowerment IBKC can facilitate progress to reach needed areas and educate the importance of spay/neuter. Our future short term goal is to raise enough funds for the expansion of the current building and add another neonatal kitten nursery area. Long term goal is to start a local spay and neuter program with a wellness clinic. This will increase the access to care in our rural area and a overall outcome result being decreasing the abandoned, starved, sick and abuse animals in the community.
