The mission of the Humane Society of North Iowa is to provide temporary shelter, food, medical attention, and comfort to displaced and neglected companion animals and educate the public about the humane care of animals with a goal of reducing overpopulation.
To adopt a pet, please submit an Adoption Application. Once your application is approved, we will call and schedule a time for you to come to the shelter to meet your new best friend!

Our shelter is full. We have many sized dogs and cats, young and old, and all different colors. They are all looking for a good home. New animals become available for adoption every day. We try to keep the pets updated below, but usually there are many more that just have not been put on this site. Sometimes we have Ferrets and rabbits and other odd pets.
