Homeward Pet Adoption Center is one of the leading non-profit, no-kill animal shelters in Washington State. Our mission is to transform the lives of cats and dogs in need through compassionate medical care, positive behavior training, and successful adoption while building a more humane community. Located in Woodinville, Homeward Pet finds new homes for over 1800 cats, dogs, puppies and kittens every year. We are dedicated to providing excellent care to our animals, and great service to our two-legged visitors.
1. Visit our listings of Available Cats and Available Dogs and identify an animal you would like to meet, taking into account all relevant factors. 2. Complete and submit the online application. 3. If your application is first in line, and the animal seems like a good fit for you, you’ll be contacted by email to schedule a counseling session over the phone with one of our Adoption Specialists. 4. If you and the Adoption Specialist agree that an animal is a good fit for you, you will be sent a link to schedule an appointment for you and your family to come in and meet the animal. 5. If the animal you meet is a good match for you and you choose to adopt, the animal will go home with you the same day.
