Helping Hand for Animals, Inc. (HHA). is a Nebraska State licensed, NON-profit 501(c) (3), ALL volunteer, NO Kill rescue dedicated to the welfare and placement of homeless and unwanted animals. Although we are based out of NE we do have a network of supports through Iowa & Kansas, as well.
