The 1st step to adopt is a completed adoption application. Incomplete applications will be discarded. Falsifying any information on your application obviously disqualifies you for adopting one of our pets. To receive an application, send us an email at heidishaven@gmail.com or request one via FB messenger. The application is a Word document. It needs to be returned as a Word document so our volunteer can write info into the document. No PDF, no Google Docs please. Once your application is processed, we will set up a home visit. If you are over an hour from the foster home, we may schedule a video home visit instead. If all parties agree that this is a good fit, we then discuss the right time to bring home your new companion!
