The Hazlehurst Animal Shelter is located in southern GA, about 3 1/2 hours under Atlanta. We are a small "kill" facility, but we do our best to save as many dogs as possible. However, due to the over whelming unwanted pet population, we tend to stay maxed out. Please help us give each of our wonderful doggies the 2nd chance they deserve. Many of our dogs have never known the love of a forever family... We are rescue group friendly as well.
