Harley's Angels's mission is to drastically reduce the homeless cat population in Beaver County, Pennsylvania by spaying and neutering, providing food, shelter, healthcare and socialization. We facilitate the adoption of able cats and create sanctuary for the ferals.
In addition to TNR, we foster kittens born to feral cats so they can be socialized and placed into loving homes. Once socialized, a feral kitten is no different that a domesticated one. We also foster adult cats that come to trust humans and allow them a chance to have a wonderful life indoors as a pampered house cat. We spay/neuter, de-worm, test for FeLV and FIV and vaccinate all kittens and cats prior to adoption. All they need after this a human to love them forever.
