German Shepherd Rescue of NY, Inc. is a Non for Profit Organization that saves German Shepherd dogs in need. Our shepherds come from all across the country. Most of our dogs are pulled right from death row/Euthanasia Lists. Shelters are over crowded and unable to keep these dogs alive, at no fault of the dog. Over population has become a horrifyingly, deadly reality! GSRNY saves as many dogs as possible. We recieve pictures and cries for help all day long, every day. What we see is truly heartbreaking. Our mission is to not only save these dogs, but also to build public awareness of this tragic and horrific reality. We are always in need of foster homes. The more fosters we have, the more dogs we can save.
