The Mission of Furry Friends is to provide complete care for abused and abandoned animals, from rescue to medical care, rehabilitation, and placement in a forever home. Furry Friends Adoption, Clinic & Ranch (The Humane Society of Greater Jupiter/Tequesta*), is a 501(c)(3) not for profit, no-kill rescue organization headquartered in Maplewood Plaza in Jupiter Florida. We are the only shelter open to the public in northern Palm Beach County and have been rescuing, rehabilitating and re-homing homeless animals in our community for more than 30 years.
The first step is to either browse through our website or come visit the Furry Friends ranch to find your future pet. Then, we’ll ask you to complete an application that we will carefully review. Once approved, we will hand over your new furry companion along with all the resources you’ll need to help your new pet transition from shelter life to their forever home.
