Friends Of Rescue Animals is exactly who we are. Through our fostering programs, we provide care, comfort and compassion to animals in need -- while engaging the hearts, hands and minds of our community to bring about an end to the killing of abandoned and orphaned shelter animals.
All applications are completed online and a follow-up call is scheduled. Once the phone interview is completed the foster parent determines if it is a good match. If it is decided that both the pet and adopter's needs will be met, then an in-person meeting with the pet is scheduled. All adopters must sign an adoption agreement prior to taking the pet home.
