Friends of All Animals is a no-kill, non-profit animal rescue organization that is not affiliated with any other humane society or SPCA. We are dedicated to the protection of all animals through education & awareness founded in July 2000. We belong to the Federated Humane Society of PA. We are not a shelter, all of our cats & kittens are fostered in homes. Adopt-a-thons are held regularly in Lebanon at the Petsmart store. A children's education program is in effect for scout troops, schools & youth groups. This humane education program teaches children how to care for & respect all animals. Local nursing homes are visited monthly with feline & canine companions to brighten the day for the residents. A scholarship fund has been established to be awarded yearly to a local high school student pursuing a career in veterinary medicine. This is made possible through recycling efforts of aluminum cans & used computer & printer ink cartridges.

American Maltese Association Rescue is an all volunteer, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. American Maltese Association Rescue (AMAR) volunteers provide adoption services for Maltese surrendered by their owners, found homeless, or dogs pulled from shelters. Approved foster homes are utilized to care for these abused, sickly, and homeless Maltese until such time as an adoptive family is approved.
