Fred's Friends Dba Cleft Pup Brigade - Penn Valley Pet Shelter

We are a nonprofit organization located in Northern California(with entities in Arizona, Colorado and Texas) that specializes and only takes in cleft lip/palate newborn puppies, as well as special needs newborn puppies. We work with many veterinary hospitals, as well as breeders and individuals throughout the states. No case is too big or too small for us.
