Feral Friends was founded in 1998, incorporated in the state of Texas in 1999, and granted 501(c)3 status in 2000. The group was founded to provide assistance to forgotten cats that are rarely seen or thought of and yet need our help just as much as any creature in need. Feral Friends is governed by a Board of Directors and is run mostly by volunteers. Our mission is to actively assist the community in reducing feline overpopulation.We accomplish this mission through an aggressive TNR (trap/neuter return) program and an adoption program to help find homes for tame cats.
If you are interested in adopting one (or more) of our cats, please submit the ADOPTION APPLICATION. We will contact you when a cat comes available matching your family needs. Our first priority is placing the right cat in the right home.
