Our mission is to care for and find homes for homeless "companion" birds and to provide life-long enrichment based sanctuary when appropriate. In addition, Far From Home Inc. supports conservation of our planet's wild birds and the stop of the bird pet trade.
1. Check out our available birds. 2. See someone you are interested in? Please fill out the corresponding adoption application. 3. Keep an eye on your email! After reviewing your application, our team will send you an email with next steps. 4. If approved, potential large parrot adopters will schedule a meet and greet. Approved small bird / farm bird adopters will schedule pick up. 5. Large parrot adopters will be required to attend a 30 minute webinar prior to finalizing their adoption.
