We have taken a puppy as young as 5 weeks old to dogs as old as 17. We rescue shelter dogs, owner surrenders, and any Eskie that is in need of saving or help. O.A.E.R. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) rescue in the southern part of Ohio founded in 2015. O.A.E.R is an all volunteer agency. Our founder and lead volunteer screens all applicants and intakes. Our loving foster families are all volunteers.
