Desert Tails is a more than 7000-square-foot shelter in Scottsdale that also has grooming, dog training, and volunteer opportunities. We have been saving lives for many years. Many of us started here as a different shelter and have transitioned into the new one, Desert Tails. We are rebuilding from the ground up and are currently awaiting finalization of our 501(c)3 non-profit status. We look forward to participating in as many community events as possible and becoming everyone’s neighborhood shelter. We look forward to meeting you and introducing you to your new best friend!
Come down to the shelter to find your new best friend! We’ll work with you to make sure they are a good fit for your family. We encourage you to bring existing pets for a meet and greet. You can also foster to adopt.
