The DeKalb County Animal Adoption Center is dedicated to improving the lives of animals in the DeKalb County area and finding permanent and loving adoptive homes for those animals in our care. Question by Andrea Liles (1 month ago): Good morning, my puppy was recently stolen and our neighbor who we have on video taking it said they took it to a pound. I was wondering if they brought it to your shelter. It would have been this last friday. The puppy is a girl black with some white markings. I have a photo. Pleasw reply. Thank you
