To adopt a dog: you can fill out the application online on the Dog Adoption Application Page or download and complete the Dog Adoption Application Form offline, scan, and email it to Susan Rollins at [email protected]. If you have a specific dog in mind, indicate such. You will be contact once approved or if there are any questions.
