Clarion PAWS (Pet Adoption and Welfare Society) has implementd programs such as trap-neuter-return (TNR), low cost spay-neuter for cats, foster families for displaced animals while they wait for a new home, and educational programs for school children and interested adults.
All potential adopters are required to complete the Pre-Adoption Application. Applications may be emailed to clarionpawsadoptions@gmail.com, mailed to Clarion PAWS, PO Box 804, Clarion PA 16214 or dropped off at the Adoption Center during our open for business hours.
