Caswell Pet Lifeline - Yanceyville Pet Shelter

Caswell Pet Lifeline

Caswell Pet Lifeline is a private animal rescue organization formed in April 2012. We are an all-volunteer run, not-for-profit organization. Our goal is to reduce the unwanted pet population by providing education and monthly, low-cost spay/neuter clinics, and by moving as many rescued (stray, abandoned, wild and feral) cats and dogs as possible into homes where they are wanted.

Adoption Process

We are a small all-volunteer group. We will process your application as quickly as possible, but please keep in mind our volunteers have family and work obligations so it may 3 to 5 business days to hear from us. Applicants must be at least 21 years old to adopt. All applicants must have a veterinarian reference within the last 5 years. Applications without a veterinarian reference will not be considered. Meet and greet to visit cats will be arranged for approved applicants. Submitting an application does not guarantee that you will receive a cat. We retain the right to decline your application at our discretion.
