Cascade Animal Protection Society (CAPS) is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization dedicate to saving the lives of homeless, injured, and unwanted animals in the Puget Sound area. The animals we take into our care come from a variety of situations. These animals live in foster homes until a permenent responsible home is found. CAPS is a NO KILL organization, we do not euthanize healthy animals; rather they remain in our care until a good home can be found. We are committed to the animals we place and will take them back into our care if needed. All of our animals are vaccinated, altered, and micro-chipped. Cats are tested for feline leukemia and the aids virus. Our Petline, staffed completely by volunteers, receives hundreds of calls monthly from all over the area, and furnish information to those who's pets can no longer remain with them.
