Carolina Animal Protection Society of Onslow County, Inc is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, un-sheltered organization founded in 1977 that exists solely on donations and grants, and the help of our dedicated volunteers. Our goal is to save cats and dogs that have been abandoned, abused, or neglected due to human discord.
