We give grace and hope to those who don't often get to see it. We specialize in helping what most people like to call "the under dog", those animals that need extra attention and would struggle in the routine of a normal shelter. Meaning our first priority is helping the animals that are often overlooked for a variety of reasons. Reasons such as being a senior, having special needs, behavioral issues, pregnancy, litters they couldn't find homes for, or they are just plain scared of the world.
1) We require all potential adopters to fill out an adoption application, once received one of our team members will do the vet and reference checks. 2) Following that you will be contacted to schedule a home inspection which may be conducted over FaceTime or in person. 3) After the home inspection is complete we will schedule a time for a meet and greet. 4) All animals will go on a two-week trial at the beginning of the adoption. Because we know as hard as it may be, sometimes they just aren’t a good fit once they’re in the home. 5) All animals are welcome to come back to Cardinal Grace Animal Rescue regardless of how long they’ve been in their adoptive home.
