Camp Jean is a 501c3. Camp Jean is an All Breed Dog Rescue. We specialize in pregnant and nursing dogs, but also have other needy dogs and pups. Almost all of our dogs are pulled from Eastern Kentucky shelters. Dogs come to us with mange, heartworms, behavior issuses and more. We take the time to get them back on their feet and ready for forever homes. The dogs we get in typically have had some form of neglect in their lives and we strive to be sure their next home is a forever home. We are a small rescue and average just a half dozen dogs and a couple litters of puppies at a time. If you are looking for something in particular, let me know and I will do my best to help find the perfect dog for you. We do work out of foster homes and do have a facility but do not have set hours. Please contact us to see our dogs and puppies. We do require an approved application before visiting. The application does not have to be for any dog in particular.
All pets must have an application on file in order to set up a meeting. Applications can be filled out at www.campjean.com. Unless otherwise indicated adoption fees are $200 and include the spay/neuter, vaccines, heartworm check and microchip.
