Buckeye's started out as BUCKEYE'S MISSION, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to rescuing animals that deserve a second chance at life. We pull primarily from crowded shelters. We then rehabilitate and nurture these animals. We build up their confidence, shower them with love and affection, and show them that there is still love and dedicated humans out there who will work tirelessly and selflessly for their welfare. These animals will then be re-homed when they are ready. With so many homeless animals, so many in need of rescue and not enough foster homes to go around, Buckeye's mom decided to purchase a property in Brunswick OH. She built a kennel on the property to house these rescue dogs and offer pet services to help fund the rescue. BUCKEYE'S MISSION TOO was born.
