Regina Quinn/Founder believes that getting to the root cause of any problem is key. Our goal is to work on the core issues to have an effect animal issues from the inside out. Some of our passions are but not limited to: Getting dogs off chains; Providing adequate vet care; Helping to educate the youth on proper animal care; Creating events to attract people who can make a difference for animals by supporting our organizations values and mission.
