The Animal Protective Foundation promotes and protects the human-animal bond by providing resources to our community and humane care to companion animals.
Adopting a pet at the APF is a simple process. First, review available pets on our website: Available cats, available dogs, and available small animals. Contact us at 518-374-3944 or [email protected]. Staff will call you back within 24-regular business hours to discuss your pet needs and help make a match. We are closed Sunday and Monday. Staff will set you up with an appointment to meet the pet of your choice. We are also allowing walk-ins.
