Adopt-a-sato - Pittsburgh Pet Shelter

Satos are dogs that live on the streets and beaches of Puerto Rico. Some are born there and some are dumped there. Most Starve to death, get hit by cars, or are picked up and immediately euthanized. The lucky ones are rescued, nursed back to heath, and are sent to the mainland for adoption.
