A New Dawn was formed to 2009 give help the overcrowding of dogs and cats in city's shelters. Unfortunaly due to some untimely death of volunteers. we decided as a group to stop the cat program and offer the seniors cats that got left behide a forever home. The cats are living in a room with a recliner, cat's towers, and beds to lay on. They are allowed to come into the main area at time for socailization and exercise. Each dog have thier own rooms with toys, blankets, and a bed. The dogs are encourage to go out several times a day to have playtime with the volunteers or the other dogs. Each dog also have free play when we allowed them to safely play and discover the place in which they live. A New Dawn strives to have healthy, happy and clean eviroment while finding a adopted family that meets thier needs.
To adopt from A New Dawn Pet Adoption, you must be twenty-one years of age and have an approved application. The process can take three to seven days depening on the information given. Puppies can't go home without two sets of shots and a contract that states they will be brought back for the third sets of shots and to be altered. We try to make the best match beween owner and dog. We do offer a discount when adopting two dogs, we can also tell you what two dogs enjoy playing with each one another.
