4P4L Pet Rescue in Sedalia, CO is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit animal rescue. The 4P4L Team rescues abandoned pets in high-kill shelters throughout the United States. Hence, we help our animals to find adopters that will provide loving homes. Our adopters and donors help us to give a voice to abandoned, orphaned, abused, and forgotten animals. Working together, we make a difference in the states of Colorado, Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Arkansas. Shelters across the country house approximately eight million companion animals each year. Yet, nearly 50% of them are euthanized due to the shelter’s lack of resources. Therefore, we have focused our operations around committed volunteers who support our primary objective. Our objective is to save companion animals from Death Row (euthanasia at high-kill shelters) and place them in loving homes. Our mission is to show grace and mercy to the animals entrusted into our care and to find them families that will do the same.
Online adoptions are for families who find a dog on our website and want to secure the dog as theirs. 1. Complete the adoption application. 2. Within 72 hours of receiving the completed form, our Adoption Coordinator will communicate with you to confirm the status of your application and begin the adoption process. 3. When an approved adopter wishes to hold the dog as theirs, they must complete the FULL adoption fee donation. 4. The Adoption Coordinator will then be in touch with pickup instructions. 5. If at pickup you find that you and your new pet aren’t a good match, you can choose to apply your donation to another dog in our care, accept a refund minus a 10% administration fee, or keep your donation on file with us for 30 days.
