4 Lucky Dogs Pet Rescue, Inc. is a non-profit 501c3 corporation, established January 1, 2016. We specialize in herding and working dogs, along with some lucky cats. 4LD is based out of the Tampa Bay area, but rescue throughout many other counties in the state of Florida. We are a foster based animal rescue that relies on our wonderful fosters, volunteers, and generous supporters. We are LUCKY to have them all!
