At 4 Dogs Farm Rescue, the physical and mental well-being of our dogs is a top priority. Once we help our rescue dogs become confident, healthy and well balanced, our ultimate goal is to place them with their forever families. 4 Dogs Farm Rescue is a 501 (c) (3) NON PROFIT organization
1. Be at least 21 years old, we occasionally make exceptions for younger, rock solid applicants. 2. Fill out an Application and impress us with your dog savvy! 3. Show A Solid Reference - your veterinarian or dog trainer will do. 4. Must Own or Have Landlord Approval. 5. Be Interviewed by one of our Representatives. 6. Show that you have a clear understanding of the challenges you'll face. 7. Agree to a Home Visit or Check. 8. Everyone in your Household needs to be ready for the adoption too. 9. Pay an Adoption Donation Fee (dependent on each dog). 10. Sign a Legally Binding Adoption Contract.
