The Clark County Dog Shelter at 5201 Urbana Road is open Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday from noon to 3:00 p.m.; closed Wednesday, Sundays and Holidays. The Clark County SPCA formed in November of 2016 to fill the gap in the needed services available to the citizens of Clark County, Ohio.
