The Directors of Feline Friends, Lisa Ward and Toni McNaughton have been volunteering, together and separately, with various local and national animal welfare organizations since1998. Together, as volunteers, they co-managed a cat adoption center operated by PAWS Chicago from 1998 through 2004. Since that time they have continued to rescue, foster and place homeless cats, founding Feline Friends in 2009. When not engaged in rescue work,Toni is a representative for commercial photographers, and Lisa is a partner at a corporate governance consulting firm. Our Mission: To help alleviate the suffering of homeless pets in Chicago by rescuing, spaying/neutering, and responsibly placing as many animals as possible in permanent homes. To advocate proper treatment and care of companion animals. To enrich peoples' lives through successful matching of adopters with adoptable animals.
