Be Fido's Friend is a 501c3 organization founded in 2011 by a group of five animal advocates and is a 100% volunteer run, foster-based, shelter-less rescue. Our intention is to end the Chicagoland canine homeless population through education, spay and neutering, and partnering of resources to improve the quality of life for dogs in need.
Fill out an adoption application. A member of the adoption committee will go over your application and contact you with questions. Once approved, we will set up a meet and greet with potential adoptables. If the meet and greet goes well, we will set up a time to do a home visit and finalize the adoption. After the adoption is finalized all pertinent documents, tags and medical records will be transferred to the adopter.
