Founded in 2007, Walton Animal Guild is a community-supported non-profit animal rescue working to end the euthanasia of healthy, adoptable pets in the Walton County, GA area. We do not have a shelter, but work with existing rescue groups, our government-operated animal shelter and a network of foster homes to find homes for loving pets. We also assist with local, low-cost spay-neuter efforts and offer humane education to local schools, stressing the importance of preventing pet overpopulation and animal abuse. In addition to our other programs, we supply a pet food pantry and offer free dog houses through our “Huts for Mutts” program.
Potential adopters fill out an adoption application and speak with our Foster Coordinator. If approved, adopters pay the adoption fee and can take home their new dog or cat.
