TCHS is a non-profit organization with a committed Board of Directors and many area volunteers. We are dedicated to providing an animal rescue center for dogs, cats, and small animals who are homeless for many reasons. Each animal is examined and given appropriate shots and medicine and are spayed or neutered before adoption.
