Sparky and the Gang is a not-for-profit charitable volunteer based organization working to rescue dogs from local pounds, the streets, and from unsuitable conditions, placing them in safe, loving homes.
Our adoption process begins with the interested party visiting the dog at a foster home, or one of our adoption events. They must then fill out an adoption application and be interviewed by a Sparky and the Gang volunteer. If approved, adopters must then sign an adoption contract and pay the adoption fee/donation. 100% of every adoption donation we receive goes directly back into rescuing and caring for abandoned dogs; and also provides for any of the following necessities: shelter pull fees, vaccinations, microchips, boarding/housing, dog food, transportation costs, medication, spay/neuter surgeries, and the many other medical costs associated with properly caring for neglected and unwanted dogs. We put our hearts and souls into helping these animals and we look for people who we know will love them just as much as we do! Note: A home check may be required before an adoption is approved dependent on the situation and the needs of the particular dog being adopted.
