We can’t put into words exactly what the human-dog bond is, it’s different things to different people. But we know it’s there and we know it’s real. And we know we want to cherish, respect, strengthen, and protect it. Sol Dog Lodge is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that gives dogs - all breeds, sizes, ages, and temperaments - a place where their needs will be met with loving kindness and the highest professional standards.
1. Applicants must be 21 or over. Please complete the application Adoption Application for our review. 2. Once you have completed the application, we will reach out to you and let you know your status. If you are accepted, the next step is to set up an appointment for a home check. 3. Once we complete your home check and you have successful passed the home check, we will let you know the next steps for meeting and adopting your new dog. Our adoption fee is $150. All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, dental (if needed) microchipped, wellness checkup, blood work, tick fever and heartworm test, ears cleaned and nails trimmed, you receive some transition food, collar/ leash combo.
