Safe Haven Animal Rescue aka SHARE has one goal in mind, SAVE THE UNWANTED. Our Mission is to restore the faith in Animals left behind. Whether its a stray that was dumped or an owner surrender. We are dedicated to educating the public on the importance of spay/neuter and heartworm prevention. We are a foster home-based rescue operating across Acadiana. We are always looking for responsible, loving fosters to help save an animal. Every animal entrusted in our care receiving thorough vetting, heartworm treatment/preventative and is spayed/neutered. Before going to their new home, each animal is microchipped. We screen our each adoption application carefully to ensure that we match the right pet to the right home.
