Animal Control's mission is to maintain public safety by capturing stray animals, enforcing city ordinances and state laws concerning domestic animals, and to care for the animals under the department's protection.
Adoption fees are paid at the Russellville Animal Shelter upon adopting your pet. Adoption Fees: Puppy or Dog: $40, Kitten or Cat: $20.
