Puppy Lifesaver - Santa Rosa Pet Shelter

The mission of PUPPY LIFESAVER, based out of Santa Rosa, is to rescue dogs from shelters as well as help individuals when their lives have changed and they need to place their current pups. The dogs we rescue are often considered “critical”. The term “critical” means that they are facing euthanasia within days and all other resources have been exhausted. We proudly take custody of these dogs and maintain their health. We will take the dogs to their vet appointments to keep their shots updated and current. We will also ensure that the proper vaccinations are received. We will assist in getting the animal spayed or neutered as needed. Once the animal is deemed healthy we work aggressively to find the animal a “forever” home with the appropriate family or people. We work with numerous shelters in California and have had wonderful success in placing these pets in their “forever” homes.
